Jan Kalyan Sewa Samiti (JKSS) is a non-profit organization established in 1988, dedicated to improving the lives of the disadvantaged sections of society. Our members consist of professionals driven to address societal challenges and promote public welfare through various initiatives.

Objectives

Our core objectives include:

  • Skill Development & Employment: Providing vocational training and placement opportunities.
  • Manpower Outsourcing: Supplying skilled workers across industries.
  • Support for Vulnerable Groups: Assisting the differently-abled, widows, children, and the elderly.
  • Tackling Unemployment: Supporting orphaned children and addressing unemployment issues.

JKSS has a long-standing history of delivering vocational training, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, focusing on underprivileged communities. Our programs provide sustainable skills to help individuals earn a respectable livelihood and, in some cases, become entrepreneurs. We specialize in sectors like Health Care, Garments, Green Energy, Telecom, Agriculture, Electronics and IT literacy, which have low entry barriers and high employment potential. Our courses combine domain-specific training with soft skills to maximize employability.

Manpower Deployment Strategy

Jan Kalyan Sewa Samiti has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and is well-equipped to deploy skilled manpower to ensure smooth execution. For projects requiring capacity building, skilling, and training, we provide:

  • Project Managers: Experienced professionals to oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • District Coordinators: 15 dedicated coordinators assigned to each district, responsible for managing local operations, mobilizing participants, coordinating with trainers, and handling on-site logistics.
  • Training Managers: Specialists in developing and executing training programs, responsible for content delivery, trainer management, and program outcomes.
  • Trainers/Facilitators: Over 50 trained instructors in various sectors such as IT, healthcare, beauty & wellness, and more. Our trainers are certified professionals with hands-on experience in both classroom and field-based training.
  • Mobilization Officers: Experts in community outreach, responsible for identifying target beneficiaries, engaging with local communities, and ensuring maximum enrollment from vulnerable sections of society.
  • Logistics and Support Staff: Teams to manage training venue setups, technology, transportation, power backup, food arrangements, and sanitation to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Officers: A dedicated team that tracks the progress of each training batch, evaluates outcomes, and ensures compliance with project guidelines. This team also provides regular reports to funding and governing bodies.
  • Administrative Staff: Personnel to handle day-to-day administration, participant registration, attendance tracking, and other essential documentation to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Technical Support Staff: IT specialists and system administrators to ensure the functionality of digital platforms, e-learning modules, and training equipment, crucial for both virtual and in-person training sessions.

Food and Lodging Approach:

recognizing the importance of food and accommodation in the success of our training programs, we have established a comprehensive fooding and lodging approach that ensures the comfort and well-being of all participants:

  • We provide daily meals that are balanced and nutritious, catering to the dietary needs and preferences of participants.
  • Meal plans are designed in consultation with nutritionists to ensure they meet health standards and support participants’ learning and performance.
  • Safe and comfortable lodging is arranged for participants, especially in remote areas. We collaborate with local hotels, guest houses, and community centers to secure suitable accommodation.
  • Rooms are equipped with basic amenities to ensure a conducive environment for rest and study.
  • Strict hygiene and sanitation measures are enforced to ensure the well-being of all participants during their stay.
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance of accommodation facilities, along with safe food handling practices, are prioritized.
  • We provide transportation facilities for participants to commute between the training venue and lodging, ensuring safety and convenience.
  • Arrangements are made to accommodate participants traveling from distant locations.

Deployment & Placement Strategy:

We collaborate with local and national employers to place trainees in jobs that align with market demands. Some of our key placement partners include G.V. Meditech, Surya Hospitals, and Max Vision Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Modern Security Force, Vardhaman, Shahi Expoert etc. Our certified courses meet industry requirements, giving our trainees a competitive edge.
